HENDERSON EXPECTS SIGNINGS
Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson expects manager Jurgen Klopp to bring in reinforcements this summer but believes the current squad can prove they are good enough.
"Football teams will always look to strengthen, always look to improve, but us as players we just have to give everything for now and try to win as many games, put in as many performances as possible," said Henderson.
"I really believe we have a good squad of players but we need to be winning."

JANUZAJ SHINES ON RETURN
Manchester United winger Adnan Januzaj scored twice in his first appearance since returning to Old Trafford.
Januzaj had his season-long loan at Borussia Dortmund cut short at the start of January after making just 12 appearances for the German club.
He did not start any Bundesliga games for Dortmund, but appeared keen to impress during the 4-0 victory over Southampton U21s.

SAIVET EYES TOON RISE
New signing Henri Saivet has vowed to play his part in returning Newcastle to where they ought to be.
He said: "The image people have in France of Newcastle is that it is a massive club, it is just struggling to get on track.
"Everything we like about Newcastle. It is a good traditional English club. It is a little bit of a shame that they are not at the top of the Premier League where they deserve to be."

RODGERS WANTED WILLIAMS
Brendan Rodgers says Ashley Williams could play for a top Premier League club and that he wanted him at Liverpool.
Rodgers told Monday Night Football: "He's a top, top centre-half. I've always felt he could play for one of the very top clubs in the league. He's been very loyal to Swansea.
"He's a wonderful player and always plays over 50 games a season - every season. He can defend, be strong and deal with all types of strikers.
"I wanted to take him to Liverpool. He's one of the few breeds in that he's a leader - managers and coaches are looking for leaders on the field and in every game."

BYRAM FOR WEST HAM?
Leeds defender Sam Byram will not be making a transfer window switch to Everton, according to Sky sources.
West Ham look to be in pole position to sign the in-demand right-back, having reportedly matched Everton's offer.

'KRAMARIC COULD LEAVE ON LOAN'
Leicester manager Claudio Ranieri has hinted that Andrej Kramaric could head out on loan this month.
"For me he is a fantastic player but at the moment I look more at the other three strikers. That is the problem, but for me he is an unbelievable goal scorer," he said.
"I'd like all my players happy. I know that who doesn't play is not happy, of course. If they were happy, they're mad!
"But, of course, I also have to understand what they want to do because also Kramaric has the European Championships and he needs to play."

LULIC EXTENDS LAZIO DEAL
Lazio midfielder Senad Lulic has committed his future to the capital club until 2020.
The 30-year-old Bosnian joined the Biancocelesti from Young Boys in 2011 and has since made 130 Serie A appearances, scoring 17 goals.
He is a fan favourite at the Stadio Olimpico after notching the goal that won Lazio the Coppa Italia at the expense of fierce rivals Roma in 2013.
