"Prison Break"FOX confirms revival series, return of Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell

"Prison Break" is officially returning to FOX as ultimate escapist event series.

FOX has ordered a new event series based on its hit series, "Prison Break."
The announcement was made by Dana Walden and Gary Newman, Chairmen and CEOs of Fox Television Group.
The revival series will also reunite series stars Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell as brothers Michael Scofield and Lincoln Burrows.

The original series of Prison Break aired from 2005 to 200,  and centered around Michael Scofield, a desperate man whose brother Lincoln Burrows, was convicted of a crime he didn't commit and put on Death Row.
Michael holds up a bank to get himself incarcerated alongside his brother in Fox River State Penitentiary, then sets in motion a series of elaborate plans to break Lincoln out and prove his innocence.
Miller and Purcell are also part of  CW's upcoming spinoff  DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.
